This book is confused as to what it wants to be part salesperson guide part goalsetting part guide to success part braggadocio part madeup statistics 80 percent of people believe that is true I bought it for improving my selfdiscipline for which this book wasnt very useful The first 100 pages or so are okay There is a good section on goalsetting and it encouraged me to give it a shot which is why the 2star review The remainder of the book is garbage with some bad advice
